Policies Terms and Conditions

Final class schedules will depend upon total registrations. In some cases a class may be cancelled, consolidated, or otherwise modified.

Class Refund Policy

The greater of $20 or 20% of the refund will be deducted from the refund amount for administration and rescheduling fees. The refund amount will be determined according to how many unattended paid classes remain after the time of the notice of cancellation.

Private and Special Group Cancellation Fee

Reservations for private and special group sessions are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Rained Out Make-up Procedure

We will attempt to hold class if at all possible. If the weather/court condition is questionable on the day of your class, call your coach or program administrator 30 minutes to find out if your class will be cancelled. If we are able to hold the class on such days, an absence will count as an individual cancellation. Rained out classes will be made up on Fridays at Waveland Park. If you are unable to attend the Friday makeup time, you may use one of your Individual Cancellations to reschedule.

Partial Class Rainout: Under most circumstances we will be able to add the missed time to the next class or series of classes.

Total Class Rainout: Rained-out adult classes for all locations will held at the Waveland location only on the following Friday daytime or evening according to the schedule posted on the "Makeup" section of the website. In order to attend a makeup students MUST register BEFORE attending.

YOUTH CAMP: Rained-out classes will be held at the Clocktower Café where we will have tennis related activities. If there is a break in the rain, we will clean off the courts and continue camp. Rained out camp sessions may also be re-scheduled for a following week.

AFTER-SCHOOL & WEEKEND JUNIOR CLASSES: Under most circumstances we will be able to add the missed time to the next class or series of classes.

If you cannot attend the scheduled makeup time for your rained out class, ou may use one of your Personal Cancellations to reschedule.

Personal Cancellation Option

Students playing twice per week (weekday classes) are allowed to makeup 3 personal cancellations. Students playing once per week (weekend classes) are allowed to makeup 2 personal cancellation. Students who have arranged custom schedules or partial session registration are not allowed makeups for personal cancellations. Personal cancellations for privates and special groups will be charged 50% of the lesson fee.

Notice of personal cancellation must be received by 1:00pm - PRIOR to the class you will miss in order to receive makeup credit so that your space can be made available to other students.

Makeup credits are good only for the timeframe of the session in which the corresponding cancellations were made.
