NEW
FOR 2010, GROUP CLASS SESSIONS HAVE BEEN EXTENDED FROM 4 TO 5 WEEKS to promote skill
development and class consistency. All group class registrations
include a free cross-training studio class and store discount.
Weekday classes meet twice per week (10
classes) and weekend classes meet once per week (5 classes). Individual
classes meet for either 60 or 90 minutes. Customized class
schedules are also available.
Beginner and Advanced beginner classes
consist of approximately half drilling strokes (working on form, power
& placement) and half point-play (developing strokes in a
competitive scenario).
Intermediate classes consist of approximately
half warm-up and point-play (developing strokes in a competition
scenario) and half match-play (doubles and singles).
